eMaven Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Marketing Platform and social media marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. They will have experience managing large budgets and working with global clients. The candidate should also have an engineering degree and be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data. Moreover, the candidate should be able to coordinate with the creative team and have experience working with Google Tag Manager and Zapier.
Position Overview:
Our pay-per-click (PPC), programmatic, and meta-ad (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns will all be planned, carried out, and optimized by the Performance Marketing Manager. The perfect applicant is highly analytical, data-driven, and has a track record of successfully managing extensive digital marketing campaigns across several platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • To meet KPIs and business goals, create and execute thorough PPC, programmatic, and meta ad strategies.
  • Oversee and enhance advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other pertinent platforms.
  • To guide campaign strategies, carry out in-depth audience targeting, competitive analysis, and keyword research.
  • Track, evaluate, and present campaign performance, offering practical insights and suggestions for ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • To increase ad performance and return on investment, use A/B testing along with other optimization methods.
  • Keep abreast of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to guarantee that campaigns are innovative and successful.
  • Oversee the forecasting and budgeting of paid digital campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating the product, design, and content teams across functional boundaries to guarantee that marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned.
  • Establish and manage tracking and attribution models to assess how campaigns affect overarching organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a similar discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, specializing in PPC, programmatic, and meta advertising..
  • A track record of effectively managing Facebook, Instagram, Bing, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to decipher data, spot trends, and arrive at decisions based on facts.
  • Proficiency with programmatic advertising platforms, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, among other marketing tools and platforms..
  • Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Incredibly well-organized and capable of managing projects.
  • Capacity to function both individually and collaboratively in a hectic setting.
  • A plus is having certifications in Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads.
